Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities, Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely customer feedback. Install and configure hardware and software solutions.
- Diagnose and repair system faults and errors.
- Speak to customers to quickly resolve their problems.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution.
- Support the roll-out of new solutions and provide procedural documentation.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Participate in team discussions, huddles, and learning sessions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Certifications in ITIL (required) and Project Management (advantageous).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS and remote desktop applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Personal Characteristics
- Strong personal integrity, ability to multi-task, and adaptability.
- Passionate about trending technologies, especially open-source.
