Telemarketer (Tele Customer Service)

Mnada Spesho is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Customer Service/Marketer to enhance customer experience by re-engaging dormant users and providing real-time assistance to active users. This role involves making outbound calls to users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through the platform to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to dormant users, encouraging engagement and addressing any potential issues they may have encountered.
• Assist customers with navigating the Mnada Spesho platform, including troubleshooting account or transaction issues.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information on the auction process, product listings, and bidding.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
• Track customer interactions and feedback, identifying common issues to enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align customer engagement strategies and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Swahili and English.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using online platforms, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting.
• Customer-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle diverse customer interactions and respond effectively to various inquiries and issues.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in e-commerce or online marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with online auction platforms or a keen interest in digital marketplaces.
