Sales Representative at Online Profits

Online Profits is a leading e-learning company dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs launch and scale their businesses online. Our flagship program, Online Profits University, provides online courses, mentorship, and coaching designed to equip students with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital economy.

As demand for our programs continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to help recruit new students.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time remote sales representative to manage and qualify leads, handle follow-ups, and engage potential clients through strategic phone calls and digital communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, following up on leads, and using social media platforms like WhatsApp to engage with prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualify leads and communicate with potential students.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 strategy calls per day.
• Perform 10 follow-up calls daily.
• Post daily WhatsApp statuses to promote Online Profits content.
• Share Online Profits’ materials with interested individuals.
• Track interactions and update lead information in company systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in both Swahili and English (verbal and written).
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to handle rejection.
• Basic understanding of copywriting or willingness to learn persuasive communication techniques.
• Resilient and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
• Highly self-motivated and eager to grow within the company.

COMPENSATION

• Commission-based structure: Earn between 10% to 30% of total sales made.
• Average earning potential ranges between Tsh 1M to 3M+ per month.
