Process Operator at AB InBev Tanzania

The key purpose of this position is to Safely operate and maintain defined Packaging equipment (Filling and labelling process areas which have a bigger business impact with reference to cost and consumer quality) and related process in order to achieve optimal effectiveness.

• Operating equipment and manage associated processes & performance in packaging
• Perform administration

• Autonomous operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12                
• Technical qualification (N3 or similar)
• Mechanical aptitude     
• Machine specific experience 
• 9 months on the job training
• SKAP completed (internal)
•  Desirable But Not Essential:
• Post Matric or equivalent e.g. N4 
• National Diploma or equivalent / IOB Certificate/Diploma (Mech/Elec)
• Experience within a packaging FMCG industry
