Marketing Promotion Specialist at Twyford Tanzania

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
• Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities,Provide assistance to construction workers as needed.
• Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings,maintain quality control throughout the project.
• Support all phases of construction from planning to completion, including sub-contractor bidding, design review, and project oversight.
• Oversee all advertising projects and actualization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing projects reports.

Requirements

• MUST have a Degree in Building and Construction/ Interior Design/ Building and Construction management.
• Should have 3+ years experience in supervision of new construction and h
• Should have a good background in data analysis, and project management.
• Should be excellent in Microsoft Qffice
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Strong leadership skills, project coordination, and time management
• Should be willing to travel.

Education & Experience

• These positions requires a candidate who holding a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Science in Civil Engineering and other Engineering related fields.
• Should have 3+ years experience in supervision of Building and Construction/ Interior Design.
• Should have a good background in data analysis, and project management.
