Our lodge is not only a sanctuary for luxury travelers but also supports the Maasai Girls Rescue Center by providing educational and empowerment opportunities for young Maasai girls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with leading Tanzanian Safari and Travel companies.
• Drive business development through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and community support.
• Ensure financial health through strategic budgeting, cost control, and revenue maximization.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably in safari or high-end hospitality management.
• Strong network of contacts within Tanzanian Safari and Travel companies.
• Proven track record in business development and operational management in luxury settings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to sustainable tourism and community engagement.
