Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet the company’s growth and workforce needs. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand staffing requirements, create effective recruitment strategies, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet company staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to attract top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and offer strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years or above experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Experience in managing a team and coordinating large-scale recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
