Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management, and payroll.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of HR and administrative role experience .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
