Job Description
Mount Meru Hotel, a premier hospitality destination, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven ability to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key market segments, including corporate, leisure, and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
Sales Execution:
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage sales accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other sales team members and hotel departments to achieve sales goals.
- Potentially mentor junior sales staff.
