Job Description

Mount Meru Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring the smooth flow of front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Front Desk Operations:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Take and deliver messages.
  • Assist with room assignments and ensure accurate guest records.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with other front desk duties as assigned.
