Job Description

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and activities.
  • Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
  • Confirm and update guest reservations, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Balance cash drawer and prepare reports as required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
  • Monitor security and safety of the lodge, reporting any concerns to management.
