Job Description
Mount Meru Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations while providing exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Front Desk Operations:
- Assist with room assignments and ensure accurate guest records.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the training and development of front desk agents.
Team Support:
- Provide support to the Front Office Manager in all aspects of front desk operations.
- Assist with scheduling and staffing levels.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in implementing service standards and quality initiatives.
