Job Description

Provide direct support to contractors, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of pipeline infrastructure, AGI, MST facilities, and associated systems.

  • Promote and implement safe work practices across all project sites.
  • Uphold and mentor exemplary behaviour in line with project HSE policies.
  • Work under the direction of the QC Supervisor and E&I Superintendent within allocated construction work packages.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, meets quality standards, aligns with design specifications, adheres to project timelines, and stays within budget.
  • Supervise and inspect E&I activities to ensure compliance with approved design drawings and eliminate potential safety risks.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams, materials management, project controls, and contracts departments.
  • Support contractors in the field and during meetings, monitoring compliance, schedules, performance, and materials.
  • Oversee ITP inspection, surveillance, and hold points conducted by designated personnel.
  • Work with the preservation team to ensure proper storage and maintenance of equipment per project/vendor requirements.
  • Ensure timely calibration of instruments as specified by vendors.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree in E&I Engineering or equivalent qualification with extensive field experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems in power supply.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in greenfield site construction within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Strong understanding of all phases of multidisciplinary construction, technologies, and site management functions.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with construction planning, critical path scheduling, and key project milestones.
