DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• To set, invigilate, and mark undergraduate and postgraduate examinations.
• To mentor junior staff in relevant fields.
• To participate in and contribute to curriculum development.
• To participate in developing and managing various university activities.
• To conduct research and publish/disseminate results.
• To carry out consultancy and community services.
• To write teaching manuals and compendia.
• To supervise field practicals, undergraduate special projects, Master's, and PhD dissertations/theses.
• To attend and organize workshops, conferences, and symposia.
• To perform any other work of the University as assigned by relevant authorities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

PhD in the field of Behavioral Studies and Impact Evaluation with published research work in reputable international journals recognized by TCU and University of Dar es Salaam in the field of Behavioral Studies and Impact Evaluation and Master in Economics or Applied Economics or Public Policy and bachelor's degree in economics or economics and Statistics.  

REMUNERATION: PUTS 3.3
