Business Analyst at 4C Group

At 4C Group, we offer a stimulating, dynamic, and challenging career with fantastic opportunities for growth at all levels. We are actively sourcing for a Business Analyst in Dar es Salaam to join our energetic and Agile Fintech team! This will be a 12-month contract role.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, and ensuring seamless system and process improvements. You will collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Product Owners, and business users to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Our ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and business processes within the Telco industry. You should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in digital transformation and IT solutions.

To apply, you need a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, along with 5 - 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence will be essential.

Additionally, the following skills will set you up for success:

• Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation
• Experience working with APIs, SQL databases, or system integration projects
• Exposure to requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile workflows
