Job Description

The Marketing and Branding Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing and branding strategies to position CHECHE effectively in the market. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, execute projects, and ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and sales growth.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store activations.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials and channels.
  • Support the creation of compelling branding assets, including packaging, advertising, and social media visuals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand’s identity.
  • Manage the marketing and branding budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track expenses and provide regular reports to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or impact.
  • Plan execute and oversee marketing and branding projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
  • Develop and track KPIs for marketing and branding activities to assess effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and brand engagement.
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
