Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to students, addressing their
academic, personal, and social concerns related to studying abroad.

• Career Counseling: Assist students in identifying their career goals and exploring relevant
• educational opportunities that align with their aspirations.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and their parents,
• providing updates, answering questions, and building strong relationships.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to all students and parents,
• ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Education Support: Support education-related activities, such as workshops, seminars,
• and information sessions, to promote studying abroad opportunities.
• Application Assistance: Guide students through the university application process,
• including document preparation, essay writing, and interview preparation.
• Visa Guidance: Provide general information and support related to student visa
• applications.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
• delivery and a positive team environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Sales and marketing skills are required.
• Experience working in the same field is an added advantage
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proven experience in guiding students through academic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
