Job Description

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the frontline of our company's sales efforts, responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products or services. Your role is pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via phone or email, understand their needs and preferences
  • Educate customers about our products or services, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Recommend suitable products or services based on customers' requirements and budget
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or service activation
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales strategies and processes
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in business or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
