Customer Care Agent

Description 

The first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service we sell. 

Duties

• Answering inbound phone calls
• Addressing customers’ questions about products and services
• Processing payments or returns.
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Candidate Requirements

1. Genuinely excited to help customers.
2. Should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
3. Should love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills.
4. Fluency in Swahili &  English
