Tabono Consult was set up in 2020 amid the COVID-19 crisis with the core purpose of providing expert HR services to small and medium-sized businesses as and when needed.
It is clear to us that businesses of all sizes can face significant HR challenges some as a result of a lack of adequate and accurate information on Employment and labor laws. Others face time constraints in performing endless administrative responsibilities which moves part of the focus from effectively implementing their business strategies.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. You will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and expand business operations to sustain growth.
- Monitor revenue streams and identify profitability opportunities.
- Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
- Perform competitor analysis and develop new business lines.
- Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development or Sales (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies, CRM software, and brand expansion.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Success Criteria
- Increase client portfolio by 35% within the first year.
