Job Description

To enhance customer retention and satisfaction by analyzing data-driven insights, identifying product performance trends, and addressing leakages to support strategic decision-making and improve overall department performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn and enhance loyalty for personal products.
  • Monitor customer lifecycle, identify at-risk customers, and propose proactive retention interventions.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and challenges in personal deposits and loans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as customer retention rates, product profitability, and loan recovery rates.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management on key trends, risks, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct detailed reviews to identify revenue and operational leakages within the department.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement solutions to plug leakages.
  • Support new product development initiatives by providing market insights and trend analysis.
  • Present insights and recommendations effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization software.
  • Understanding and interest in financial/banking products and markets.
  • Ability to explain and handle complex information clearly and simply.
  • Good understanding of consumer deposit and loan products

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • 2 years relevant experience.
