Visual Merchandiser & Training Assistant

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Visual Merchandiser & Training Assistant to join our prestigious team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design and an interest in training, who is passionate about enhancing the luxury shopping experience and helping elevate team skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising within a high-end retail environment, combined with a strong understanding of training and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually stunning and on-brand product displays that reflect the luxury nature of our products, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

• Regularly update window displays and in-store layouts to align with seasonal campaigns and product launches.

• Ensure all visual elements in the store are perfectly presented, maintaining consistency across all locations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide guidance on product placement, ensuring maximum sales potential.

• Assist in training new and existing team members on visual merchandising standards and techniques, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Monitor product performance and sales to assess the effectiveness of visual displays and suggest improvements.

• Support the development and execution of internal training programs, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Stay current with visual merchandising trends, proposing new ideas to keep the store experience fresh and engaging.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail environment.

• Experience in developing and executing training materials and conducting staff training sessions.

• Creative flair with an understanding of design principles, color theory, and store layout.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including sales and marketing teams.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of visual presentation.

• Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.

• Contactable references from previous roles in visual merchandising and retail training.
