Packaging Manager at Farm Manager SA (Tanzania)

Tanzania – Tanzania: Our client is looking for an Avocado / Citrus Packhouse Manager to join the team. This is a 2-year fixed term contract position with potential to become permanent.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Previous avocado or citrus farm management experience
• Min of 4 years packhouse experience
• Strong understanding and practical experience with global standards and certifications such as Global GAP, FSSC(Food Safety System Certification), and Siza.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
• Administrative and management experience
• People management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
