Director of Food and Beverage at Hyatt Regency Tanzania

We are looking for a seasoned and dedicated Director of Food and Beverage, preferably with Hyatt Hotels experience, to lead our team, enhance operational excellence, and drive unmatched guest satisfaction.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient management of the Food and Beverage division, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of our employees, guests, and ownership.

As the Director, you will also take on the roles of both Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, guaranteeing the smooth operation of all outlets and banquets, ensuring they meet the hotel’s standards and remain profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably with experience in city hotel setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend
