Overview
University of Iringa, formerly Tumaini University Iringa College, was established in 1998 by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania. It offers programs across multiple disciplines including business, law, journalism, education, and information technology. UoI provides quality education while addressing the developmental needs of Tanzania’s southern highlands, combining academic excellence with practical skills development and community engagement based on Christian values.
