Selcom Microfinance Bank Tanzania Limited, formerly known as Access Microfinance Bank Tanzania, is a microfinance institution based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Established on November 21, 2007, the bank is licensed by the Bank of Tanzania, the country’s central bank and national banking regulator.

In June 2024, Selcom Tanzania Limited became the majority shareholder, leading to the bank’s rebranding to Selcom Microfinance Bank. This change reflects the bank’s commitment to evolving with the changing needs of its customers and providing innovative financial solutions.

As of 2017, the bank’s total assets were valued at TSh207.2 billion (approximately US$91 million), with shareholders’ equity of TSh31.73 billion (approximately US$14 million).

In February 2025, Selcom Microfinance Bank launched SELCOM PESA, a digital financial service aimed at making financial transactions more affordable and accessible for all Tanzanians. This service integrates with the Tanzania Instant Payment System (TIPS), allowing customers to make secure money transfers, pay bills, and access government services directly from their phones.
