The MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC) is a renowned Pan-African training institution located in Usa River, near Arusha, Tanzania. Established in 1967 by ActionAid Denmark, it has over 50 years of experience in delivering high-quality capacity development programs aimed at fostering social transformation across the continent.
