Overview
KIUT OSIM (osim.kiut.ac.tz) or KIUT Online Student Information Management System (OSIM) is an online platform developed by Kampala International University in Tanzania (KIUT) to streamline academic and administrative processes for students and staff. Through this portal, users can:
- Create Accounts: New students can sign up using their institute registration number. For assistance, there’s a guide available on the portal.
- Manage Academic Records: Access course registrations, view academic progress, and receive important notifications.
- Update Personal Information: Maintain and update personal and contact details to ensure accurate records.
- Access Support: If you encounter any issues, refer to the “Help and Support Instructions” on the platform for assistance.

- To access the KIUT OSIM portal, visit https://osim.kiut.ac.tz
- Use your registration number and password to log in. If you’re a new applicant, click on the “NEW APPLICANT START HERE!!” link on the homepage to begin your application.
