Introduced in 2024; We are pioneers of online fee bidding in Tanzania, whereby shoppers are required to purchase of bidding credit, costing Tzs 2.00 ( Two Tanzanian shillings) per 1 bidding credit, prior to bidding on any of the products.

HOW IT WORK

It’s all about the beating the clock and persistency In order to participate in any product auction, user must,
1. Purchase bidding credit @ Tzs 2.00 ( Two Tanzanian shillings) per 1 bidding credit.
2. Place at least one bid during the specified entrance window period mostly within 24 hours after bidding starts, but this may change product to product.
3. Optional-Use RAFIKI for automated bidding

After purchasing the bidding credit, the user account will be credited of the equivalent bidding credit and can start bidding straight away. Each new bid will be to a maximum of 0.1% increase of the existing price and resets the auction clock to 30 seconds (Auction clock can vary from product to product) If the bidding clock counts down to zero and no new bid is placed, the highest bidder wins

After a bid end

The winner!!… can immediately claim the product won or bidding credit to the value of the product purchase price less winning price (converted into bidding credit), which will be credited to the winners account immediately or re-sale the product at the value price less. The winner will be required to claim the won product and pay the winning price or choose the available claim options, as explained above, within 72 hours of winning after which time the item will no longer be available for claim and the winner will be credited with bidding credit equivalent to the purchase price less winning price (converted into bidding credit)

NOTE: Item delivery charges will be borne by the auction winner
Re-sale of won item is subject to 30% admin fee

Did not win!!…Relax, thankfully we here at mnadaspesho believe in second,third, forth to infinity chances; So after an auction ends used bidding credit will be re-credited to the bidder’s account to be used in the next desired product auction or purchase other products or request a cash refund.

CREDIT/CASH REFUND

A user can request a partial or full refund of their bidding credit at any time and the equivalent cash value will routed via registered mobile number wallet within 48 of request (Mon-Sat)
Amounts above Tzs 10,000,000 will wired via bank account after confirmation by the user
Note: All refunds will be subjected to 30% admin fee

DELIVERY

All items, won and purchased, will be deliver within 48 hours of order confirmation (Mon-Sat)
