Ci Group Company Limited - As a Sales Personnel in the printing, embroidery and branding company, I was responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients including to identify potential clients, understanding their printing and branding needs, presenting suitable products and having adequate product and service knowledge so as to have full control on how to handle customers. And also, I prepared and delivered sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process hence stayed updated on industry trends and work closely with the production team to ensure timely and quality delivery of products. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
