About me

I am an ICT professional I  have over 3 years  of experience in IT support, system administration, and infrastructure management. Currently volunteering as an IT Officer at the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, I provide comprehensive IT support, manage network infrastructure, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of critical systems. In my previous role as an IT Desk Planner at Arusha Freight & Transport Agency, I oversaw the IT Helpdesk, resolved hardware and software issues, and supported the integration of real-time vehicle tracking systems. I am adept at managing system incidents, ensuring business continuity, and supporting API integrations. I am passionate about leveraging technology to optimize system performance, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the success
