About me

As an agronomist, I was very fortunate enough to be enrolled as a Field Officer at Tanzania Official Seed Certification Institute (TOSCI) which is based in Morogoro region where I gained a lot of practical experience based on environmental conservation such as preparing planting, weeding and harvesting time table, advising the company on all issues related to production, soil sampling and analysis, searching markets for farm products, application of fertilizers and pesticides, communication and leadership experience through organizing field agents in their fields.
Apart from this I have being working with Pula Advisors Tanzania as Field Coordinator whereby I managed to coordinate all field activities by interacting with farmers directly in their field, preparing weekly reports related to the progress of the project, field agents audits, preparation of field budgets, data compiling and analysis using statistical software.
I have outstanding on monitoring and evaluation (M&E), computer skills and knowledge on Microsoft Office that includes Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with fast typing skills. I have the ability to work at difficult environments and stressful situations while staying focused and committed to my job. I believe in always presenting myself in a professional and friendly manner and I thrive to do the best work possible even when working in less than ideal conditions.
