Welcome to the Zoom Tanzania guide on how to create Candidate Account. Follow these step-by-step instructions to create your candidate account and start your journey with us.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have a valid email address, access to your email inbox, an updated web browser, and a strong internet connection to proceed with registration.
Access the Registration Page
Visit https://www.zoomtanzania.net/register/ where the registration page will display various account options for you to choose from. You also can use the pop up from on top right.
Select Account Type
Look for the "Candidate" or "Professional" button located in the top-right corner of the page. Click on your preferred option to proceed with the registration process.
Choose Your Registration Method
You have two options to create your account. You can either use social media registration or manual registration process.
Option A: Social Media Registration
Click either the Facebook or Google sign-up button to begin. Please note that you must be logged into your chosen social media account first. Follow the prompts to authorize Zoom Tanzania to access your basic profile information. Your account will be created using your social media information.
Option B: Manual Registration
Fill in your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Password in the registration form. Enter the reCAPTCHA verification code in the box provided. Review all information for accuracy before clicking "Register" to proceed.
Email Verification Process
After submitting your registration, check your email inbox for an OTP (One-Time Password). Please note that the OTP will expire after 10 minutes. Enter the verification code on the verification page. If you don't receive the code, check your spam/junk folder or use the "Resend Code" option if needed.
Account Activation
Once your email is verified, your account will be activated and you'll be redirected to your account dashboard. Complete your profile information for better visibility on the platform.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
OTP Not Received
Check your spam/junk folder, ensure you entered the correct email address, request a new OTP if the previous one expired, and contact support if problems persist.
Social Media Login Issues
Ensure you're logged into your social media account, clear your browser cache and cookies, try using a different browser, and check your internet connection.
Registration Form Problems
Make sure all required fields are filled, verify that your password meets the minimum requirements, ensure the reCAPTCHA is completed correctly, and check for any error messages and address them accordingly.
