Batch Processing Administrator (1 Position(s))
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose:
Responsible for running the end-of-day (EOD) process in the Core Banking Systems. Support branches to ensure they also end their day smoothly, and assist Head Office in ensuring all business units process their batches on time with no pending issues before the actual Head Office EOD run.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming queries related to EOD from branches and head office, escalating complex cases to level 2.
• Actively run EOD batch and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure CBS users can log in by activating the system before business opens.
• Restrict access during disallowed times to prevent fraud.
• Resolve EOD-related incidents and log unresolved cases in Oracle support.
• Refresh the CBS application to improve system performance.
• Maintain detailed records of EOD incidents in a knowledge base.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including FAQ documents.
• Submit EOD/EOM/EOY reports after the process is completed.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good knowledge of banking operations, procedures, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
